Serupa dengan Q10, BlackBerry Z10 menggunakan basic yang sama sebut saja prosesor Qualcomm Snapdragin S4 Krait Dual Core berkecepatan 1.5GHz yang disokong oleh RAM sebesar 2GB dan mendia penyimpanan internal berkapasitas 16GB, itupun amsih bisa ditambah lagi berkat dukungan slot memori eksternal sampai 64GB.

Ponsel ini dibekali dengan kamera 8MP, autofocus, LED flash (5x digital zoom) serta kamera depan 2MP (3x digital zoom) yang dapat meream video berkualitas HD, sedangkan kamera utamanya sendiri mampu merekam video full HD.
